01 /Terms
Service— online configurator GoldenCalc available at calc-build.ru, calc-build.by, and calc-build.com.
Operator— the natural or legal person hosting the Service.
User— any person using the Service in any form.
Calculation— the approximate geometry, material and cost result obtained by the User.
02 /Scope of agreement
Operator grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Service for wooden staircase calculation, free of charge. All features are available without registration and without per-calculation limits.
03 /Use
The User may use Calculation results for personal, professional, and commercial purposes. The User shall not use automated tools to load-test the Service or to reverse-engineer the calculation logic.
04 /Liability of the parties
Operator does not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free and does not undertake to fix defects within any specific timeframe.
05 /Intellectual property
Source code, interface design, and calculation algorithms belong to the Operator. Calculation results (configurations, JSON and PNG exports) belong to the User and may be used without restriction.
06 /Dispute resolution
Disputes arising in connection with the Service are resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement — judicially at the Operator's place of registration under applicable law.
07 /Final provisions
The agreement takes effect upon first use of the Service. Operator may unilaterally amend the agreement. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new revision.
